Mrs Kwagala Mary

Chairperson Board Of Directors

Mrs. Kwagala Mary holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Pentecostal University, has accumulated over 10 years of working experience in Public service. Kwagala Mary is currently the District Law Enforcement officer of Kagadi district in Uganda. With proven leadership skills, work experience and public relations skills, she is a dependable leader ready to promote the vison and Mission of AFI.
Mr. Tulibaleka Paul Ogwang
Executive Director

Currently the Executive director of AFI, Mr. Tulibaleka Paul Ogwang is a PhD Candidate (PhD Social Policy) at Lingnan University in Hong Kong, he holds a master of International Development and Cooperation from Ajou University in South Korea and a Bachelor of Development Studies Degree from Makerere University. The educational background of development studies and social policy is relevant for the general management of AFI since the organization seeks to fight social exclusion of the most disadvantaged individuals and at risk of social exclusion.

Mrs Nakalema Kuluthum

Secretary Board of Directors

Mrs. Nakalema Kuluthum holds a Master of NGO (Non-Government Organization) studies from Ajou University in South Korea, this adds diversity to the board and expertise in NGO management. NakalemaKuluthum’s expertise is essential to shape management of AFI which is a Non-Government Organization in which she has experience and management skills.

Mr. Opolot Moses

Board Member

Mr. Opolot Moses holds a Diploma in Animal Production and Management from Busitema University and work experience in NGOs of over ten years in animal production and management. He has been crucial in training farmers in several districts of Teso, with work experience in international organizations and interaction with local farmers, Mr. Opolot is passionate about community development through information sharing with local farmers.
